Do You Have Store Where I Can Visit to Buy Magic Stuff?

Yes we do have Physical Store Located in Pune, India. Where you can walk in and buy magic Tricks available in stock.

Can I request a product not available here?

Sure, you can simply write to us on [email protected] with the name and link of the product, we will try to get that product for you.  Of you can complete this Request a Product form and we’ll get back to you with more information about product availability.

Can I place an order offline; I don’t know how to place online?

Yes, first you need to prepare the list of products you are willing to purchase then send it to our email / WhatsApp or call us ( on +91 7066828285 ) to tell your list, we will help you to place your order

What if I didn’t get my ordered products?

Generally, this doesn’t happen, but still due to shipping service restriction or incorrect inventory you haven’t receive your order/products, in case like this we will give you a full refund for your order / Product. Or if you are ok we will help you with alternative product suggestions.

How can I access my video download products I purchased?

Once you place an order for video download product you will get an auto-generated email, which will have all details about video download access like the link and password. Once you have details You can instantly log in and start accessing video tutorials.

Alternatively, you can find the video download access link in the website foot area names “Access Downloads”, you can either watch it online or download it from the download link on the right bottom corner of the video player.

Can I Place An Order For Something That Is Currently Out Of Stock?

Our system will not allow you (or us) to place an order for an item that is out of stock. The item must be accounted for in our inventory before an order can be made for it. But if you call us about it we will tell you with the expected date of arrival of the product so you can plan accordingly.

SHIPPING

How Long does it take for my order to arrive?

Generally, it will take 10 to 12 days to fulfill and ship your order from the NMS warehouse. after shipping you can expect in 3-7 days depends on your location. So, in total you will get your order maximum in 20 days.
International orders may take a little longer depends on your location and customs clarence.

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order successfully on NMW?

We recommend that you contact us immediately at +91 7066828285. You can also email us at [email protected]. We cannot change or update your address once we ship the package from the NMS warehouse. We will try our best to work with the shipping company to address change or update but cannot guarantee. In extreme cases, we will have to get the package return and re-ship to a new address but it will take another week in delivery of your package.

I Received A Defective Item. What Do I Do?

Please contact [email protected] or call +91 7066828285. You need to be ready with explanatory pictures or video about the defect. We will help you to get it replaced or returned.

Can I Track My Order?

Yes, you can track your order online from the option available in top menu bar, as well as you can call Customer Care at +91 7066828285 or drop us an email at [email protected] and we will be happy to help you.

Do You Offer Cash On Delivery (Cod) Payment Method?

No, On Nikhils Magic World we don’t offer COD payment option for now, but we do have another website called Nikhilsmagicshop.com where we offer 1000’s of products for cash on delivery.

Do you charge any additional tax over the Price?

NO, the Prices you see on the website are inclusive 12% GST, you don’t have to pay any additional tax on the displayed price, if you are looking for a tax paid invoice please get in touch with us.

Where I get a refund for my returned products?

For Product return and refund you need to get it approved from NMW team first, then on approval once we received the product back to our warehouse we will create payment refund request, you will get refund to your originally paid method account, like if you paid from debit card or net banking refund will add to respective account, for wallet or UPI payment refund will be added back to your wallet or in respective account.
